Erand Oil or Castor Oil by Maharishi Ayurveda is used to treat constipation. It may also be used to clean out the intestines before surgery. It works by increasing the movement of the intestines, helping the stool to come out.

DIRECTION OF USAGE:

15 mg a day if you’re using it as a laxative or to be taken after doctors consultation and supervision.
