Organic Thyme

We are pleased to be able to present this hand-picked wild product. With its intense aroma and rich, slightly spicy taste, Thyme goes well with fish, pasta, salads, tomatoes and it is a perfect fit for making tasteful marinades!

Thyme is an amazing herb, with all its health benefits: Thyme is used by the pharmaceutical industry on numerous occasions, mainly because of its concentrations of thymol and carvacrol, and its antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Also, it has a lot of vitamin K, manganese, calcium, and iron.

Our Organic Thyme comes from the White Mountains of western Crete. With respect to its value and responsibility towards Greek tradition and the environment, Organic Dried Thyme is organically grown and carefully handpicked. It is naturally dried. This excellent kind of herb, growing in the Mediterranean region, will boost your meals and give a Greek touch with its flavour!

It pairs exceptionally well with Pamako Olive Oil -> your ideal Greek flavour for the most delicious salad.
